Here is a description of the lost dog:
Male, 1 - 4 years old, jack russell terrier, found in the 2000 block of
Belvedere Avenue, Wednesday, November 4. Dog had a black collar
with no ID or tags, but with a Guardian/Petsafe green "invisible fence"
training device, serial number 39882.
