Our office at 1126 Clement was broken into today around 5:45pm in broad daylight. The criminal broke one of our back windows that has a bar on it. The opening is only about 10 inches wide so must be a fairly small guy. He or "they" also pulled door off storage shed. Police responded quickly after alarm sounded, but theif(s) was gone. Some prints were taken for investigation.
We found a real estate flyer with interior photos in our office from a house listed on the corner of Hamorton and The Plaza. Obviously this guy was on foot and scoping out other homes.
He also took off his dirty tee shirt and left it in the house. Apparantly decided one of the new ones with our logo on it was a better fit. Very odd. Could be a teenager. Must have been looking for cash as nothing of value was taken...
Keep an eye out for anyone suspicious.
