PM Neighborhood Chat

Just wondering if alot of NODA and Plaza Midwood area are into Halloween or if they just turn off the porch light and pretend like they arent home? KEEP YOUR LIGHTS ON FOR THE WEE ONES!!!! No but really?!

I live toward the end of the neighborhood in the Daniel/Brook/Virginia section. We had a lot of kids come to our house, but they did not appear to be the stereotypical PM kids. They were definitely a little down on their luck, but they had SO MUCH fun. It was a great group of kids. And generally, they were driven around by their parents & dropped off at the driveways of the folks who had their porch lights on. It was a lot of fun, but I think the majority of PM residents either went to church functions or stayed toward the Central Ave side of the neighborhood.

Regardless, we had nothing left to hand out at the end of the night & had to turn our porch light off early because we ran out!  :)

It depends on which street. When I lived on Belvedere I got a LOT of trick or treaters. I now live on a sidestreet to Belvedere and we get a fraction of the traffic.

It's fun. The kids are hilarious, especially the wee little ones that scare easy. Heh heh.  ;0)
