Two businesses. First, upstairs will be a Global Tapas/Sushi Restaurant/Lounge and downstairs will be an Art Gallery with a desert bar (I have been told) and they will also serve wine.

Well, this is somewhat true. The upstairs is only serving food because they have to in order to meet A.L.E. requirements. Make no mistake, it will definitely be a bar with a DJ, namely Andy Kastanas. You may have also heard that he is involved with the group who own the Forum (formerly Mythos), Cosmos, Alley Cat, and also who recently purchased the former Little Italy property. Kastanas has recently been known to quote that he wanted a place to DJ for himself and hang out with his people.
As far as the downstairs, no one will go on record to confirm that it is NOT, in fact, being leased to the same group as Kastanas. As for the fate and future of the old Little Italy, it is being kept under high secrecy. Perhaps another bar for Kastanas to DJ at?
