Hello Neighbors,
I want to give you all a heads up as to a contractor that is apparently back doing work in the area.
His name is, Tim Brown. His partner's name is, Alfonso.
I had the misfortune of having them work on my home during the time that I was rebuilding it and had to fire them due to the poor workmanship. His subcontractors were horrible.
They still owe me for a portion of the job that they did not complete. And, I had to spend thousands to redo much of work that they did do.
I am writing this because today there was a person sitting in a car in front of my home. When I asked him what he was doing there he said that he was checking out the homes in the area that Tim Brown had rebuilt. That takes nerve.,
So, FYI, unless you want to waste money do not hire him for any reason.
