PM Neighborhood Chat

We have a strong offer on our home which has only been on the market for 2 weeks.  If we go under contract, the buyer wants a closing date of June 12.  Yikes!!!!!  That leaves us no time to find a home.  We have decided to rent for a year (flexible on that actually) and wait for the perfect house to come on the market here in the 'hood.

If anyone is thinking about renting out their home, please e-mail me at geoffpatty@bellsouth.net.  Ideally we are looking for a safe, quiet street as we have a (mostly) outdoor cat.  We only need a 2-bedroom, 1 bath home for myself, my wife & our infant daughter and 2 well-behaved cats.

I should add that we haved lived in Midwood for the past 5 years and absolutely LOVE it here.  There's no where else in Charlotte we'd rather live!

I know you mentioned you were waiting for the perfect home in Midwood, but it might already be available! I am getting married and relocating from the area. It's quite sad to leave PM and my wonderful home, but its apart of the process......
