Are there / have there been any plans to revitalize the corner of Plaza and Mecklenburg, including developing the open parcels and replacing the A to Zee convenient store with townhomes / businesses that bring positive influence to our neighborhood and community? I live next to the abandoned triplex and often clean up that lot, and am hopeful that there is a revitalization.
