I have plans drawn to expand my front porch. In researching the current zoning, I was also given a copy of a covenant from 1936 that has a different set back.
I am looking for a real estate lawyer that is familiar with the neighborhood who can advise me on my options. If you have had satifactory dealings with a lawyer regarding a similar issue, please let me know.
