If you live in PMW, Commonwealth Animal Hospital is really the way to go....the Cat Clinic is good, but Commonwealth is REALLY good and close to us besides. I don't say this from occasional experience either--we have seven cats, including some elderlies, and are there at least once every six weeks. They've performed surgery, done what was described on the bill as "enema: complicated" (yeesh), and even helped us send one of our boys to the next stage. Dr. Watkins did that last one with us there, and cried with us. I would trust them throughout the life of any pet.

: Just moved to the area (Chestnut Ave.) and loved reading all your postings. Learned a lot! However, didn't see anything about a good vet. I have two dogs and two cats and need to learn of a really good vet. Any suggestions? Thanks, Hara
