historic information of plaza midwood

i am looking for historic information or photos for 1724 the plaza and 1404 nassau blvd.(my home). if anyone knows of anyone that might have this information please let me know. i am thinking that jeff byers (author of "plaza midwood neighborhood of charlotte")would have a lot of info but i do not have his phone #.
