Do the constant trains from 11pm to 6am, who blast their horns for 20 to 30 seconds over 100s of times, drive anyone else crazy? Can anyone recommend a local political solution? Perhaps a petition would work? I'm not really into the local political scene and soundproofing windows cost $500 each, so I'd like to try another avenue if possible. The horns are so frequent and loud it's amazing. Thanks.
