My husband and I are relocating to Charlotte for work and are currrently house hunting. I love the Plaza Midwood neighborhood but the prices are a bit high. We've seen some interesting homes in the Belmont area near Midwood but I am curious about the state of the neighborhood--is it an up and comer or a place being bought up by home flippers?
We have a pup and are both runners so we're looking for a place we can go running and take her along for short runs.
