The owners moved the invisible fence so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
: Report them to the police or animal control immediately. Why wait until something terrible happens in order to avoid upsetting the neighbor by talking to them first? Let the authorities handle it with proper procedure.

: : Has anyone else been having trouble walking by 2926 Belvedere??? There are 2 dogs that live there and I'm guessing are in an invisible fence. Every time I walk by (which is everyday), these dogs charge at me and my dogs. A few weeks ago the small dog actually bit the nose of one of my dogs and drew blood. Tonight as I was walking by I decided to move out into the street to avoid the dogs. The dogs came out into the street and attacked my dogs and tried to bite me. My pants actually have a mark on them where the bigger dog bit onto them. A truck was going by and pulled over but the dogs finally moved on. I drove back by several times to talk to the owners (not home) and observed several people moving to the opposite side of the street to avoid the dogs. Has anyone talked to the owners or had any similar experiences?
