I recently rescued a kitty on my street who is now in an adoption program at my vet. I had to rent a trap (available at All Star Rental on South Blvd for $10). That might be your best bet. At the very least, we can loosen the collar. Let me know if you need help!

: There has been a white cat with a blue harness in my yard and my neighbors' yards for the last two weeks. We have not yet been able to get close to it, but it has fought with other cats in the neighborhood, and its harness seems to be too tight and is rubbing the hair off its neck. This is not a happy cat, please help.
