A man stopped me while I was walking on Belvedere Ave. today and told me he had found 2 dogs running down the middle of The Plaza today. One is a black lab and the other is an irish setter. Neither are wearing collars. His name is Eric and his number is 704-363-5995. They are at his house for now, but he said he may have to call animal control tonight.
