Mandy escaped from my house on Mecklenburg Avenue near The Plaza on June 15 or 16.
Mandy is an adult female seal-point Himalayan cat: long-haired, white with dark brown to black ears, face, feet, blue eyes, terrific loud meow. She limps from an accident to her rear legs.
