I am a contractor working in the neighborhood and we had two homes broken into last weekend. The thieves broke into our steel job site boxes with pry-bars. This is not an easy task and would have made much noise. The tools taken were valued at over $3000 as well as break in damages. We are not the only company it has been happening to. Thieves are stealing ALL of us blind. Please keep an eye on the homes in your area that are under construction. We (contractors and builders) are working hard to improve the values in Midwood. If you see ANYTHING or ANYONE who looks suspicious ESPECIALLY after normal working hours at our homes, please call the police immediately. Thank you.
