I am very interested in renting your house on 1619 Flynwood Dr. I am currently renting a house on Rollingridge Dr. (near providence day school) but i really want a fenced in yard for my dog. (black lab mix under 50 lbs.) I am really looking to move in asap and so far i have had a really hard time finding houses that have not been rented within 24 hours of when i become interested in them. I have my money for a downpayment available right now. We are going to drive by the house tonight and if we like it a tour will not be necessary.
