I need a short-term/month-to-month house to rent in Plaza Midwood. I currently live on Kenwood, but my landlord is returning to Charlotte at the end of April, and so we (2 of us) need to find a new place. I will pay a premium for the short-term/month-to-month lease. Additionally, I will give at least 30 days notice of termination and assist in getting a long-term tenant in place. Please let me know via email if you have a house available.
