I received a couple letters from the city explaining different kinds of development / home improvement in the historic district. Since I have plans to do some work on my own home on Thomas Ave, the notices got me wondering if there are any regulations on what kinds of projects can be performed on structures in the historic district. Any information would be welcomed.
