: Just minutes away from Plaza Midwood, Carolina Pilates has opened a new Pilates and Yoga Studio. Nestled amidst the art galleries, across the street from Cabo Fish Tacos and right above Mamalu Speciality Store, is our full service studio, offering Pilates Mat and Apparatus Training and Yoga. : : Offering a great experience for all, we encourage people to form their own Pilates Group Classes, generally the more you bring the less expensive, for instance a mat class for one person is $45, however if you bring a friend it is now only $20 per person, bring three friends and the class now costs only $10 per person, and if you can gather a class of 9 people the cost drops to an incredibly low $6 per person. : : Because we pay close attention to form and quality of the workout we generally do not do classes larger than 10 people.
